Jim Beam White Label is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is clear and direct, with sweet oak and light sugar alongside cherries, nuts and a very subtle touch of cinnamon, plus vanilla, caramel and oak.
On the palate it follows the nose, with creamy oak, black cherries, caramel, butter and bright notes of light wood. The finish is smooth and gradual, fading slowly and gently.
