Journeyman Featherbone Bourbon is a bourbon made in Three Oaks, Michigan, in a 50cl bottle. The distillery works from a 19th-century factory building, founded by EK Warren in 1883, where the spirit is distilled, aged and bottled under one roof. The recipe uses organic white corn, wheat and rye grown locally, with Midwest oak casks and water drawn from groundwater at Three Oaks. Journeyman focuses on organic, craft spirits, and this bourbon shows what the style can be when made outside Kentucky.
