This is a 12 year old single malt from the Isle of Jura distillery, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It matures first in ex-bourbon casks of American white oak and is then finished in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez. Jura introduced new packaging in 2025, while the whisky inside is unchanged.
The nose brings dark chocolate, honey and walnut with soft citrus. The palate is a savoury-sweet contrast of coffee, salted banana, liquorice and brown sugar. The finish is lasting, with freshly ground coffee, dark chocolate, gentle smoke and dry oak.
