This is an 18 year old single malt from the Isle of Jura, bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in Premier Grand Cru Classé Bordeaux barrels.
The nose is usually described as red fruits, toffee, crème anglaise and cinnamon. The palate has warm spice and rich black forest fruit, with cooked raspberries and strawberries and a hint of chocolate. The finish carries sweetness, apple, citrus and cinnamon.
