This is a single malt from Jura in a 70cl bottle, matured entirely in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels. Subtle smoke sits alongside sweetness.
The nose offers warm vanilla, toasted coconut and a hint of butterscotch. On the palate come creamy caramel, tender apricot, stewed orchard fruits and biscuity malt, with a little cinnamon sugar. The finish brings toasted oak and vanilla, with sweet toffee, custard and a touch of cocoa.
