Jura – Seven Wood (70cl)

A single malt from Jura, in a 70cl bottle, made from whisky matured in seven different types of oak barrel. These are first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, American white oak, and French oak from Limousin, Troncais, Allier, Vosges, Jupilles and Les Bertranges. The nose offers chocolate, ginger spice and coffee. On the palate there are baked peaches, liquorice and sweet orange, and the finish brings subtle smoke and saltiness.
