Jura Seven Wood is an Island single malt first released in 2017, bottled by the distillery in a 70cl bottle.
Its name refers to the seven cask types behind it: ex-bourbon American oak and six French oak wine casks from Limousin, Troncais, Allier, Vosges, Jupilles and Les Bertranges. The whisky has a mahogany gold colour.
The nose is coffee and ginger spice with a hint of chocolate. On the palate there are crème caramel, baked peach, liquorice and candied orange.
