Kadamba Sherry Cask is a single malt from Goa, made from malted barley and sold in a 75cl bottle. It is matured in sherry-seasoned oak barrels, which add richness and sweetness without overpowering the malt character.
The nose offers dried fruits, raisins and figs over warm vanilla and toasted oak. On the palate it is velvety, with dark caramel, spiced nuts, cocoa and hints of cinnamon and clove. The finish is long, warming and gently sweet, with lingering dried fruit and oak spice.
