A light red wine with a bright ruby colour. The nose offers fresh strawberries and cherries, light floral notes and a thread of Mediterranean herbs.
The palate is slender and smooth, with gentle tannins and a vibrant acidity that keeps it agile, leaving a clean, savoury finish. It is best served cool, around 14-16 °C, and suits cured meats, fresh cheeses, light vegetable pasta, simple fish dishes, grilled white meats and pizza.
