Kamiki (50cl, 48%)

Kamiki is a Japanese whisky finished in Japanese cedar casks, bottled at 48% in a 50cl bottle. It is described as the first whisky brand in the world with a Japanese cedar cask finish. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and is blended at its peak flavour rather than to a set ratio, so each batch is unique. Heather honey, sweet caramel, Japanese plum, oak, peat and toffee are balanced together, with hints of sandalwood and green tea.
