Kanosuke Bourbon Cask is a hand-filled Japanese whisky produced at Kanosuke distillery in Kagoshima. The bourbon cask has given the spirit light, sweet notes.
Peated malt adds subtle smoke to the profile. The cask notes include vanilla, butterscotch and toasted oak, and they combine with the smoke to make a rounded, easy-drinking whisky.
