This unique whisky is matured in ex-Shochu American white oak casks, resulting in a complex character derived from a thoughtful blend of both peated and non-peated malts. Fermented with specialized distiller’s yeast, each dram offers a sophisticated profile that highlights the harmony between traditional craftsmanship and innovative maturation.
