Kavalan – Distillery Select (70cl)

Kavalan Distillery Select is a single malt from Kavalan, which has made whisky on the north-east coast of Taiwan since 2006. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The distillery draws on the island's subtropical climate, and this expression has been aged in casks chosen to bring out layers of butterscotch, toffee and vanilla. It can be drunk neat or used in cocktails. The nose is delicate and silky, with ripe tropical fruit, floral notes and warm vanilla. The palate is elegant and balanced, with butterscotch, toffee and vanilla, leading to a long finish.
