This is a single malt from the King Car Whisky distillery in Taiwan, in a 70cl bottle. It is made with water from the Syue-shan mountain range and aged in three types of cask: bourbon, fresh sherry and refill.
The nose is fruity, with the fragrance of butterfly orchid, honey, tropical fruit (mango in particular), pear drops, vanilla, coconut and a suggestion of chocolate. The palate brings sweet mango juice, spicy complexity and gentle warmth, leading to a medium citrus finish.
