Kentucky Owl 11 Year Old is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey and Batch #1, the first batch of the Kentucky Owl rye. It is 11-year-old rye sourced from established Kentucky distilleries, bottled at natural proof and non-chill filtered, in a 750ml bottle.
The batch was produced under the direct supervision of Mark and Sherri Carter, who built the brand and sold it in 2017.
The nose is sweet pine, honey, nougat and vanilla, with cloves, lavender and cedar. The palate is rich, with nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper and anise, and the finish is gentle, warm cinnamon spice.
