Kentucky Owl St. Patrick's Limited Edition

Kentucky Owl St. Patrick's is a limited edition blend of Kentucky straight bourbons aged between 4 and 8 years. Each component brings something different: caramel and vanilla from the older bourbons, spice and fruit from high-rye bourbons, and a little sweetness and citrus from a wheated bourbon. The nose is sweet caramel and honey with a little spice. The palate runs to caramel, butterscotch and frosted cinnamon roll, then chocolate orange, candy floss and citrus peel. The finish is long, with forest fruit, vanilla pod and balanced wood.
