A blended straight bourbon from Kentucky Owl, bottled at 45.4% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is the brand's first bourbon produced and distilled by Kentucky Owl itself, made in collaboration with Bardstown Bourbon Company in Bardstown, Kentucky.
The blend combines Kentucky Owl's own 4-year-old wheat bourbon and 4-year-old high-rye bourbon with Kentucky-sourced bourbons of 5½ and 8½ years. It won Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2022 and 2023.
The nose is sweet caramel with allspice, citrus zest, green apple candy and sage. The palate is rich and silky, with ginger, blackberry tart and cocoa powder. The finish is medium to long, with allspice, caramel and dark fruit.
