Kentucky Peerless Barrel Proof 2 Year Old Rye Whiskey (75cl)

Kentucky Peerless Barrel Proof 2 Year Old is a straight rye whiskey in a 750ml bottle, made at Kentucky Peerless Distilling Co. in Louisville. It is bottled at barrel proof with no water added, so the strength varies by batch, and it is never chill-filtered. The whiskey is made from grain to bottle using a strictly sweet mash, started fresh with every batch. This 2 year old was the first whiskey released by the revived distillery, in 2017. Roy Taylor and his son Carson rebuilt the business in Louisville, distilling from 2015, after the name had lain dormant for roughly a century.
