This is the 2025 edition of Loch Gorm, a Kilchoman single malt matured for at least 10 years in oloroso sherry butts previously used by Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin. It is bottled at 46%.
Kilchoman founder Anthony Wills selected 23 casks for the edition: 20 fresh and three refill, drawn from two different distillation years.
The sherry-soaked oak adds layers of rich dark fruit, balanced by Kilchoman's peat smoke and citrus.
