Kilchoman 100% Islay is a single farm single malt from Islay, and this 11 year old was released in 2025 as a limited edition. The whisky traces entirely back to local resources on the island, including barley grown on the farm.
It matured only in Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle, unfiltered and without added colour.
It is described as a typical Islay whisky with a fine smoky aroma.
