Kilchoman 100% Islay 15th Edition is a single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The 100% Islay series is made from barley grown on the distillery's own fields. The barley is malted on Kilchoman's floors, then distilled, matured and bottled on the island.
The nose offers gentle peat smoke, sweet malt, citrus peel and hay. On the palate come lemon zest, honey, green apple and toasted barley with soft peat. The finish is long and warming, with barley sweetness, peat embers and a coastal note.
