Kilchoman Rockside 11 Years Old is an Islay single malt in a 70cl bottle. It joins the distillery's core range as a permanent expression and is made only from barley grown on Rockside Farm, which belongs to the distillery. It replaces the earlier 100% Islay series.
The whisky matured for eleven years in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV, with no added colouring and no chill-filtration.
