Kilchoman 100% Islay Unpeated is an Islay single malt made using the distillery's own barley. Released in 2025, it is one of the distillery's few unpeated bottlings.
The whisky matured from 2012 entirely in two Oloroso sherry butts. These casks yielded 1,315 bottles, released at 54.5% with natural colour and without chill filtration. Each bottle contains 70cl of the unpeated single malt.
