Kilchoman Batch Strength is a single malt matured in re-charred red wine casks, oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels.
After maturation, a few drops of water are added to bring it to a batch strength of 57% ABV.
It is typically described as combining Kilchoman's natural peat smoke and citrus character with dark fruits, rich spices and a salted caramel sweetness.
