Casado is a single malt from Kilchoman, the Islay distillery.
It is a smoky whisky with a maritime streak. The nose brings campfire smoke, ripe summer stone fruit, marzipan and sea-air notes. On the palate it is smoky and peppery, with apricot and lemon.
The finish is long and smoky, with stewed fruit and jam.
