Kilchoman Loch Gorm 10 Years Old – 2025 Release (46%)

Kilchoman Loch Gorm 10 Years Old is the 2025 edition of Loch Gorm, bottled at 46% ABV. It is the first Loch Gorm to spend more than ten years maturing in Oloroso sherry butts. Twenty-three casks were chosen by hand for this release, twenty of them first fill and three refill. The nose brings caramelised custard tart and freshly roasted coffee with candied ginger. On the palate are roasted honeyed dates, clove and sticky toffee pudding, with a suggestion of smoke recalling barbecued bananas. The finish is long, with a savoury undertone, held together by smoky and earthy notes.
