Machir Bay Cask Strength 2021 Edition is a limited edition Kilchoman single malt, made to the same recipe as the Machir Bay that came before it but bottled at a cask strength of 58.3% in a 70cl bottle. It is uncoloured and unfiltered.
It was matured in both ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.
Typical notes are apples and candied tropical fruit on the nose, followed by lemon, orange peel, milk chocolate and honey.
