Kilchoman Madeira Cask is a limited edition from 2021, with 17,000 bottles made. It is an Islay single malt from Kilchoman, the farm distillery on Rockside Farm in the north-west of the island.
The distillery grows its own barley at Machir Bay, and 20% of its malt comes from that barley. It makes only single malts, with clear, elegant Islay peat smoke and a touch of citrus freshness.
