Kilchoman Maury Cask Matured is a single malt from the farm distillery on Islay, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Rather than a short finish, the whisky matured fully in a selection of 19 Maury wine casks from the south of France. The casks gave a rich sweetness reminiscent of port, together with a more pronounced fruitiness.
It is bottled without added colour and without chill-filtration.
