Kilchoman Sanaig is an Islay single malt bottled at 46%, from the farm distillery at Rockside Farm on the north-west of the island. It is matured mainly in old sherry casks from Miguel Martin in Jerez, with some bourbon casks in the mix.
It is not chill-filtered and has no added caramel. The whisky is layered with caramel, honey and dried fruit, alongside sweet Islay peat smoke and a citrus sweetness.
