Kilkerran 8 Year Old Cask Strength is a single malt from Glengyle Distillery in Campbeltown, in its 2026 release. It was matured in bourbon casks and bottled without dilution at 57.7% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is described as fresh citrus zest, vanilla and sweet malt, with green apple, coastal brine and gentle peat smoke. The palate is full-bodied, with lemon, honey, buttery malt and warming spices, plus earthy and maritime notes.
The finish is long and warming, with citrus, sweet oak, gentle smoke and a coastal minerality.
