Kilkerran 8 Year Old is a Campbeltown single malt from Michell's Glengyle Ltd, matured in sherry casks and bottled at cask strength.
The Kilkerran name was chosen for a new Campbeltown malt because the old Campbeltown distilleries were rarely named after a glen, a custom more often found in Speyside. It reflects the company's aim of continuing the Campbeltown distilling tradition.
