Kilkerran Heavily Peated Cask Strength Batch 11 is a single malt from the Glengyle distillery in Campbeltown, bottled at a cask strength of 57.9%. It belongs to the heavily peated Kilkerran series and is a savoury, smoky bottling with a golden-yellow colour. The nose shows lemon and lime tart with a hint of toasted rye bread and peat smoke. Toasted marshmallows and campfire embers come through on the palate, with touches of vanilla and custard. The smoke lasts into the finish, alongside a mineral note.
