Kinglake Bourbon Cask is an Australian single malt, bottled at 46% ABV in a 50cl bottle.
The mash bill combines four malts: three from Griffiths in New South Wales, one of them roasted to a chocolate stage, and a heavily peated malt from the Scottish Borders. The cuts are deep, aiming for a heavy, oily spirit. It was aged in small ex-bourbon barrels from Kentucky, which were re-coopered in Australia.
