Kirker Shamrock (70cl, 43%)

Kirker Shamrock is a blended Irish whiskey at 43% ABV, in a 70cl green bottle with a vintage-style label. It was created by the makers of Kirker & Greer to represent Ireland as a whole. The blend draws on the four provinces: a light single grain for Leinster, a robust pot still character for Ulster, a rich single malt for Munster and a soft, fruity malt for Connacht. The name refers to the three-leaf clover, a symbol of luck and solidarity. The nose is fresh cereal, citrus, green apple and soft herbs. The palate is rounded, with honey, malt, creamy vanilla and subtle wood. The finish is soft, slightly spicy and elegant.
