Koval Millet is an American single grain whisky from Chicago, in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is made from 100% organic millet, distilled and aged in new American oak barrels.
It is a single barrel release, bottled without blending or chill filtration.
The tasting notes describe toasted grain, vanilla and green apple on the nose, with white pepper and almond skin. The palate is light-bodied, with honeyed cereal, cashew and citrus peel, and the finish is crisp and short, leaving vanilla and a nutty trace.
