Koval White Rye is a single barrel American rye whiskey from Chicago, in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is made entirely from organic rye and distilled using Koval's heart-cut method, which selects only the purest portion of the distillate.
The nose is fresh and airy, with rye spice, light vanilla and gentle citrus. The palate is crisp and grain-forward, with peppery rye, soft sweetness and a smooth herbal undertone. The finish is medium, with subtle spice and a lingering grain warmth.
