Kujira 10 Years Old is a Japanese Ryukyu whisky from Masahiro Distillery, matured in white oak virgin casks. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
In the glass it is light gold with amber glints. The nose is soft, with vanilla, honey, fresh herbs and a subtle touch of wood. The palate is complex and full-bodied, with nuts, caramel, light oak and a note of rice. The finish is long and smooth, with an elegant oak aftertaste and fresh, fruity notes.
