Kujira 15 Year Old is a Japanese single grain Ryukyu whisky from Masahiro Distillery, bottled at 43% ABV. It is made from 100% Indica rice and black koji.
The whisky has spent more than 15 years maturing in sherry, bourbon and American white oak casks.
It has a mellow, silky texture, with notes of dried plum, chocolate and oak.
