Kurayoshi Pure Malt 12 Year Old is a blend of Japanese and Scottish malt whiskies, aged for at least 12 years in bourbon casks. The ageing is said to bring balance and rich aromas of hazelnut and malt. The whisky is given a light finishing with spring water filtered through the volcanic rock of Mount Daisen in Tottori. It is bottled without chill filtering and without added caramel.
