La Caravedo Pisco Puro Quebranta (75cl)

A Peruvian pisco made entirely from Quebranta grapes at Hacienda La Caravedo in the Ica Valley, a distillery established in 1684. Quebranta is a non-aromatic black grape and the most widely planted pisco variety. The pisco is distilled in small batches by hand and bottled at its natural distillation strength, with no water added. It then rests for one year in stainless steel, so it is clear and colourless. The nose is clean and fresh, with red grapes, hay, red apple and caramel. The palate has medium body, with chocolate, apple, dried fruit and banana. The finish is short.
