La Ferté is a French blended malt, bottled at 41% ABV. It is made from spirit distilled from malted barley, and it is described as a purely French whisky. The spirit was matured in ex-bourbon, cognac and rum casks before the blend was assembled by master blender Adrien Douady, following his own know-how.
