Lagavulin 8 Year Old is an Islay single malt bottled at 48% ABV. It was first released to mark the 200th anniversary of the distillery's founding, and joined the regular range at the end of 2017.
The whisky was matured in American and European refill oak casks.
It is described as very peaty, spicy, mineral and intense, with a slight sharpness and medicinal hints.
