Lambay Single Malt Cognac Cask Finish is an Irish single malt at 40% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is finished in cognac casks on the private island of Lambay, where the casks are exposed to salty sea air and Irish winds.
The cognac finish adds a soft roundness and extra fruit to a smooth style.
The nose is citrus, floral notes, mandarin peel and light spice. The palate offers honey, vanilla, apricot, oak and soft spice, with a touch of maritime character. The finish is elegant and slightly dry, fruity and softly spicy.
