Lapostolle Pisco Blanco is a clear pisco, double distilled in a copper Alembic Charentais.
It is made from Pink Muscat and Muscat of Alexandria grapes.
The nose is subtle, with lemon grass, tangerine rind and white fruit such as green apple and pear. The palate has a velvety texture with herbal hints and floral notes of jasmine, and a little spice lingers in the aftertaste.
