Lapostolle Pisco XO is a pisco double distilled in a copper Alembic Charentais. It is made from Pink Muscat and Muscat of Alexandria grapes.
In the glass it is a brilliant, limpid amber with red copper reflections. The nose is fine and delicate, with floral and fruity notes. The palate opens round and silky, full-bodied and very aromatic, true to the nose. The long finish ends on light notes of gingerbread.
