Larceny Barrel Proof Single Barrel is a cask-strength wheated Kentucky bourbon from Heaven Hill, bottled at 63.35% ABV (126.7 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
It comes from one barrel, aged between six and eight years and bottled straight from the cask without chill-filtration. The mashbill is 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley.
The nose is butterscotch and caramel with cinnamon, clove, toasted oak, baked bread and vanilla. The palate is rich, with brown sugar, maple syrup, brandied peaches, cherry, baking spice and spiced chocolate. The finish is long and warming, with gingerbread, root beer float sweetness, oak and nutmeg.
