Larceny is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon from the Heaven Hill Distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Its name draws on the legend of John E. Fitzgerald, and it is made by combining several selected casks.
The bourbon matures in fresh, charred American white oak. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose offers caramel, vanilla and oak with a hint of leather. On the palate come sweet vanilla and ripe mango, with cinnamon and clove. The finish is long and balanced, with a peppery note that contrasts with the fruit.
