Larceny Small Batch Bourbon (70cl, 46%)

This is a small batch bourbon from Heaven Hill Distillery in Kentucky, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Larceny uses wheat as its main grain alongside corn, rather than the rye found in many bourbons, with malted barley also in the mash. It is made from selected casks and matured in new charred American oak. The nose has freshly baked bread, caramel and vanilla, with light oak and soft spice. The palate is round and smooth, with honey, caramel and vanilla, and a lightly toasted oak note. The finish is soft, with caramel, vanilla and mild oak.
