Lark Christmas Cask 2025 is a limited edition Australian whisky made for the festive season, in a 50cl bottle at 43% ABV. The nose opens with rhubarb pie and brandy-soaked pudding. The palate moves through gingerbread spice, marzipan, creamy coconut and a spiced warmth. The finish brings fruit mince pie, cinnamon buns, orange frosting and peanut brittle.
